"Red Coat" Volunteer

It’s that time of year again! Solvang Theaterfest announces that volunteer sign up is underway for those interested in being “Red Coats” at the beautiful Solvang Festival Theater during the summer season. Identified by the red coats they wear, these Solvang Theaterfest volunteers help at the theater in a variety of ways including ushering, working in the concession, event set-up, merchandise sales, and more. Red Coats not only help Solvang Theaterfest, the non-profit organization that owns and operates the Solvang Festival Theater, by donating their time, they also get a chance to see the wonderful PCPA productions offered during the summer and earn credit toward free tickets for future productions. Through their efforts over 30,000 theatergoers are able to enjoy the theater “under the stars” throughout the summer.
